Grow a 2nd list of hands. usually unplug any appliance. get rid of lint screen. take away two screws (philips Head). I took a wooden shim evenly tapped w/hammer to pop entrance of dryer prime no cost. Mine labored on hinges and just flipped again til it rested from the wall. taken out two 5/16 screw
